Doug Graham is a senior environmental compliance advisor for Triumvirate Environmental. He holds a Bachelor of Science in geology from the University of Vermont. Doug has 16 years of training, consulting, auditing and program development experience in a wide array of environmental, safety and transportation compliance areas, including having provided over 6,000 hours of training services. Doug has been an OSHA-Authorized General Industry Outreach Trainer since 1998; is a Master Level Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, and Registered Massachusetts 3rd Party Right-To-Know Instructor. Additionally, Doug is a regular guest instructor for the CHMM preparation course sponsored each year by the New England Association of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers.
At Triumvirate Environmental, Doug manages and provides client training services relative to maintaining compliance with RCRA, DOT, IATA, and OSHA regulations. Doug also provides technical and regulatory guidance, performs environmental, hazmat transportation, and safety audits, and develops site-specific EH&S programs. Additional areas of expertise include EPCRA, Clean Air Act, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety compliance.
