ADVISE’s powerful inspection module enables you to track and report on compliance deficiencies within your organization and to follow up with those individuals who are violating procedures. Document problems related to container labeling, personal protective equipment and fire safety by writing up detailed notes and snapping photos! Email your inspection findings to the responsible parties in a matter of seconds. Use our smart phone application to walk from room to room, capturing your inspection data.
Inventory Management - In cooperation with Triumvirate’s onsite support service (OSS) ADVISE can provide up-to-date hazardous waste inventories for waste being accumulated in your Main Accumulation Areas. This function will accurately display storage dates in relation to generator status and assist your facility in managing regulated storage limits.
Manifest Module – ADVISE’s manifest component gives you the ability to view your current and historical manifests and bills of lading. You can upload signed manifest, packing slip and land disposal restriction copies in ADVISE for better organization. Know when you are approaching the time limit on receiving final manifest copies back from facilities by utilizing ADVISE’s easy color-coding system. Mark manifests as ‘returned’ in a matter of seconds when you receive them in the mail from facilities. Easily search for manifests with discrepancies.
Waste Profile Module – Have instant access to your profiles electronically rather than having to dig through file cabinets or binders to locate them. Upload signed copies of profiles, along with any waste determination data, to have organized information in one location. Submit a new profile request to your Technical Service Representative within a matter of seconds. Export a list of your profiles to Excel to perform routine reviews of your waste streams.
Messaging – ADVISE messaging will allow you to centralize all waste pickup requests, supply requests and tasks and will streamline communication within your organization. This function is used in correlation with OSS to allow Triumvirate to field all pickup requests to better serve your facility.
Documents – Be better prepared for regulatory audits by having all critical permits, training records and reports stored in one location that you can access quickly during an inspection. The ADVISE Documents module gives you the ability to create a file folder system and to upload numerous documents for safe keeping.
Formulary – If you are a hospital with a pharmacy, chances are you need assistance with characterizing the hundreds or thousands of drugs being used on a routine basis. Triumvirate can upload your drug list into ADVISE and give you access to your complete characterized formulary. This information will help you properly dispose of any drugs subject to RCRA, DEA, NIOSH or state-specific regulations. Quickly print satellite accumulation container labels and signage and search for new drugs being used by your pharmacy.
REPORTS
Inspection reports – ADVISE contains almost twenty graphical reports that enable you to slice and dice your inspection data in a variety of ways. For example, analyze your data by department, PI or by deficiency type or trend the data over specific time periods. Reports are available as PDF documents and you can easily copy graphical images into PowerPoint to create impressive presentations for upper management. Use our Email feature to send reports to custom distribution lists and even configure your reports to automatically generate on a routine basis.
Manifest reports – As an ADVISE user, you can select from four manifest reports to review manifest data within a particular time frame. Search for specific waste codes or all of your P-listed waste to determine specific totals in a given time period. Determine how much hazardous waste you are shipping out on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
Profile reports – ADVISE’s profile reports help you to analyze your waste profile data by showing you how much of each profile was shipped in a given time period. Colorful graphs can be used in presentations to your colleagues or upper management.
Reduced Paper – Electronic data collection ensures a reduction in paper utilization, from purchasing to disposal.
