Environmental Compliance Advisor (Boston)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced compliance consultant/regulatory specialist to manage multiple projects, lead project teams, and WOW! our clients.

Partner directly with our clients to execute projects such as environmental audits, manage EH&S programs onsite, and conduct facility-specific training.

Environmental, Health & Safety managers are encouraged to apply for this position! This person should also have OSHA experience and knowledge of DOT regulations. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual with hands-on experience.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:
* Perform multi-media compliance audits.
* Permitting (e.g., air, wastewater, storm water, etc.).
* Regulatory review and research.
* Development of facility plans/manuals (e.g., SPCC, Contingency, Emergency Action, etc.).
* Technical research and reports.
* EH&S training

Required qualifications:
* Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations including: Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation & Recovery Act, Department of Transportation – Hazardous Materials, and the Occupational Safety & Health Act.
* 3-5 years minimum Environmental Health & Safety experience.
* Degree in Environmental–related discipline.
* Top-notch organizational and time management skills.
* Project management and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Attention to detail with ability to keep the big picture in mind.
* Excellent soft (people) skills; ability to work well with clients and co-workers.
* Self-starter, motivated individual.
* Training/public speaking skills a plus!
* Computer skills: MS Word, EXCEL, ACCESS, PowerPoint.
