Environmental Services Representative (Baltimore)
We are looking for a Environmental Technical Services Representative to help our growing external and internal customer needs. This assertive individual must possess strong interpersonal skills, be organized, flexible, creative, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:
* Coordinate jobs with customers and prepare appropriate paperwork.
* Create invoices and assist with quotes for services, such as lab packs, lab moves, and others.
* Support Sales Representatives by acting as liaison between Sales, Operations and Compliance departments. This will involve communicating and coordinating information to other departments in order to have:
o Jobs scoped
o Paperwork reviewed
o Jobs scheduled
o Reports generated
o Samples collected
o Compliance information obtained
o Profiles created
o Discrepancies addressed
o Approvals submitted
o Invoice problems addressed
o Health and Safety plans drafted
o Field all incoming calls from prospective and existing customers as needed. Satisfying customer needs may involve a direct response from information and knowledge already possessed, obtaining information for response, or directing customer to someone capable of responding.
o Assist Sales and Technical Services staff with coordination of bids, proposals, and quotations, working in conjunction with Operations Department.
o Assist Sales team with other administrative tasks related to maintaining and growing customer base.
o Work with the department to coordinate the path of all job folders through the system. This includes:
+ Quotes
+ Approvals
+ Job Costing
+ Profiling
+ Invoicing
+ Organize and control all job folders and customer master files. This includes ensuring all paperwork is filed properly, and retrieving files for job costing purposes.
+ Provide Quality Control by contacting customers, post-service, to conduct surveys.
+ Attend all sales meetings and other necessary meetings.
+ Provide technical support to Inside and Outside Sales representatives and customers.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or other related fields.
+ Environmental industry experience a plus!
+ Must possess strong communication, analytical, technical, and organizational skills.
+ Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
