Field Services Foreman (Boston)

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

* Work with Project Managers on project budget and goal attainment.
* Ability to oversee and participate in confined space entries.
* Operate heavy equipment
* Manage and participate in onsite soil remediation projects.
* Oversee and participate in onsite UST/AST cleanings.
* Conduct sample collection and monitoring.
* Operate a commercial motor vehicle.
* Wear a respirator for 6 to 8 hours at any given time.
* Assist Field Service Manager and Project manager as requested.
* Participate on emergency response teams.

Supervisory responsibilities:
* Oversight of safety of field technicians and jobsite.
* Manage profitability of the job assignments.
* Oversee overall professionalism of crew and delivery of high quality service.

Required qualifications:
* Three years experience overseeing environmental jobsites.
* 40 Hour OSHA Certificate
* High School diploma or GED.
* Good knowledge of the Eastern Massachusetts area.
* Maintain a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
* Ability to acquire and maintain a CDL C at a minimum
* Comply with DOT, RCRA, and other applicable regulations
* Follow all departmental and company policies and procedures
* Remain positive, level headed and team oriented at all times
