Mike Benson - Senior Account Manager
Mr. Benson has worked at Triumvirate Environmental for nine years beginning as a field chemist and advancing into positions such as outsourcing service manager and into his current role as a senior account manager in the education sector. During his tenure, he has become an industry leader in RCRA hazardous waste management. He has developed and implemented several waste minimization strategies to reduce disposal costs of RCRA regulated wastes. He has organized and delivered trainings to help institutions, hospitals, and life science companies implement best management strategies to comply with the complicated hazardous waste regulations. He also spearheaded the development of Triumvirate's Palm-based inspection management program and its hazardous waste inventory program. Both of these technologies help waste generators to understand their program at a higher level.
In Mr. Benson's current role he assists numerous colleges and universities in solving critical environmental problems such as waste reduction, sustainability, EMS, and minimizing environmental liability. He develops and implements strategic compliance solutions at colleges and universities. He received his Bachelors in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
Kevin Poulin - Senior Account Manager
Mr. Poulin brings over 21 years of experience in the environmental services industry to his role as an Account Manager at Triumvirate Environmental. Mr. Poulin has held a variety of operational and technical roles during his career, starting as a field chemist before advancing through roles as a field services supervisor, facility manager, and operations manager before crossing into client account management.
During his tenure, Mr. Poulin has become a trusted technical and operational advisor to his clients. He has assisted numerous clients in solving critical environmental problems such as operational procedure development, hazardous waste management, and training program implementation, as well as driving the implementation of strategic compliance solutions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Shane Zuffante - Senior Account Manager
Shane is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental studies.
Chris Gorczyca - Technical Services Representative
Mr. Gorczyca is a higher education Technical Service Representative based in Triumvirate's Somerville office, a position he has held for over two years. Mr. Gorczyca is well-versed in environmental compliance, safety issues, and hazardous waste management regulations and protocols as they apply to the concerns of the region's leading educators. In addition to providing technical and logistical assistance to clients throughout New England's, he works with his higher education clients to develop innovative solutions to meet their waste management needs. Mr. Gorczyca graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from The College of the Holy Cross.
Kat Johnson - Technical Services Representative
Ms. Johnson has over five years of experience in environmental health and safety, and has worked with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for over three years. This opportunity has allowed her to gain an in-depth understanding of the Institute's programs and policies, to ensure that Triumvirate is able to provide a superior level of service across the board. She is well-versed in environmental compliance, safety issues, and hazardous waste management regulations and protocols as they apply to the dynamic compliance concerns of the region's top institutions. In addition to providing technical and logistical assistance to clients throughout New England's higher education arena, she has worked closely with a number of clients to develop innovative solutions to meet their waste minimization, pollution prevention, and hazard reduction needs. Ms. Johnson is a CHMM, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in environmental policy from Colby College.
Thomas Aicardi - Executive Vice President
Mr. Aicardi oversees all of Triumvirate's account management and customer service activities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, drawing upon his 20 years of experience in delivering environmental services to higher education clients. Mr. Aicardi provides executive oversight at all large-scale higher education accounts and ensures that the entire breadth of resources of the company are available to provide excellent customer service. Mr. Aicardi holds a BA in Business Management, and has completed a series of executive level courses in business administration and management.
Timothy Mooney - Vice President of Operations
Mr. Mooney is responsible for overseeing all of the technical and operational departments within Triumvirate, and draws upon over 15 years of environmental services experience. Mr. Mooney started at Triumvirate as a field chemist and so is intimately familiar with the day-to-day requirements of providing outstanding service to our clients. Mr. Mooney provides enterprise level support for technical questions, quality control, and disposal systems. Mr. Mooney holds a BS in Environmental Science and Chemistry, and has completed many graduate and certificate level courses in environmental management.
Ross Hartman - Field Services Director
Mr. Hartman has over 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting, engineering, and construction fields, having worked in a variety of field supervision, and project management roles. Mr. Hartman provides enterprise level support for our field services operations concerning remediation, decontaminations, and transformer disposal. Mr. Hartman holds a BS in Geology and Earth Science.
Bennett Evans - Lab Services Manager
Mr. Evans is a Lab Services Manager based in Triumvirate's Somerville office and has been with the company for over three years. He started at Triumvirate as a chemist and now manages the chemist group. He is able to draw on this field experience to ensure quality service across Lab Service and Onsite Support Service for Triumvirate's clients. He has also served as a Higher Education Operations Specialist, has been involved with the High Haz team, and is well-versed in our online chemical management system Advise. He will soon be transitioning into the Health Care niche as an Account Manager. Mr. Evans graduated with a BS in Safety Studies from Keene State and recently received his CHMM certification.
Melanie Magnan - Operations/WOW Leader
Ms. Magnan is an Operational Leader based in Triumvirate's Somerville office and has been with the company for over four years. She started at Triumvirate as a chemist and now manages Onsite Support Accounts within the Higher Education Niche. She draws her knowledge from a Chemistry background as well as her 3-year experience with the EH&S programs at Harvard University and the Colleges of the Fenway's; this has allowed her to grasp a wide range of policies and programs to ensure that Triumvirate is meeting their needs. She helps her clients in areas of safety/compliance issues, waste minimization/recycling, implementation of new programs such as ADVISE, provide laboratory trainings, and hazardous waste management. Ms. Magnan graduated cum laude with a BS in Biology from University of Maine at Machias.
Alicia Aniello - Technical Services Representative
Ms. Aniello is well versed in
environmental compliance, safety issues, and hazardous waste management
regulations and protocols. She specializes in Triumvirate’s healthcare and
education practices, and displays a unique understanding of the diverse
compliance concerns of campus environments. Ms. Aniello completes TSDF profiles
and disposal requests, manifests, labels, and related paperwork for jobs and
thoroughly plans job details from beginning to end including invoicing and
follow-up surveys. Ms. Aniello has a BS in Environmental Resources and Forest
Engineering from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
Jonathan McKenna - Account Manager
Mr. McKenna is an Account Manager
based out of New York office and has worked at Triumvirate for over three
years. Starting as a field chemist, before moving into laboratory and chemical
move management (including radioactive waste management) and then into account
management, Mr. McKenna is intimately familiar with EH&S program management
in the campus environment, having provided these services directly at many of
Triumvirate’s largest education clients both in New York and in New England. On
a daily basis Mr. McKenna acts as a conduit between his clients and
Triumvirate’s operations team, ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction with our
service provision. Mr. McKenna is also an invaluable technical resource for our
clients and applies his operational expertise and knowledge of service
improvements across his client base. Mr. McKenna holds a BS in Environmental
Studies from Boston College.
