Professional Site Assessments/Reviews/Transaction Screens are conducted in accordance with the requirements of ASTM 1528 "Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Transaction Screen Process", ASTM E 2247 "Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process", "Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Process" ASTM E 1903 (2002) and the "ERIC Property Transfer Liability Insurance" guidebook. We can prepare client or lender specific reports in specified formats and including additionally requested information.

Revisions to the Federal Brownfields Law identified "all appropriate inquires" (AAI) for investigations to attain liability protection. Triumvirate Environmental continually evaluates and incorporates these and other regulatory changes into assessment practices. Triumvirate Environmental achieves AAI requirements for site assessments.
