I would like to thank you for taking the time and providing your personal assistance with a complex and confusing issue at our West Roxbury campus last month. You took the time to visit our Microbiology staff twice to resolve issues of proper disposal and explain it to our staff. The personal touch that you bring to our program definitely WOW'ed me. Without your assistance, the issue would've been very difficult to resolve and was escalating due to the complexity of the issue and the effect it was having on their operations. I can say now that Microbiology is very happy with the setup they have and we resolved a very important issue. Your calm nature and positive personal interactions is invaluable when dealing with difficult issues which may require third party credibility and intervention which is sometimes necessary to stimulate new ways of thinking and providing the necessary reassurance and comfort.

Just a quick note to let you know that Mike is doing a terrific job with supporting our transition to a new and improved laboratory hazardous waste collection and management system here at the Good Samaritan. He has been patient with addressing staff concerns and has been able to smooth out many process issues. I am looking forward to Mike's continued involvement in our chemical waste improvements - he has terrific input and utilizes his previous experiences to help us expedite our improvement efforts! He is a true "WOW" for Triumvirate! Thanks!

I need to take a minute to tell you how happy I am with the quality of service that Dana-Farber is getting from your wastewater guys. Both Ed and Frank have a fantastic amount of knowledge that they apply to the maintenance of our systems. Their attention to detail and ability to act pro-actively have given me a lot of confidence in your service. I want you to know how much I appreciate their efforts.
Thanks for everything, Michael Wachala Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Environmental Health and Safety
I just want to say we are very lucky to have Patrick, Amanda, and Matt working at Alnylam. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. Keep up the good work recruiting folks like them.

I just wanted to say thanks for a job well done. Tara and others recently completed a lab decommisioning at our Gloucester Facility and the following week a labpack and decon in a lab at our Amherst facility. I was not available for either job and could not provide any guidance. I was impressed with the quality and the efficiency of the the work for both jobs with little or no guidance. Thank you to Tara,Amanda and all of the team that worked on these jobs. I appreciate all the extra effort that went into this work.

Since December of 2006 I have had the pleasure of working with Alicia of Triumvirate Environmental. We initially met during a difficult time for me. I had just assumed responsibility for our facility's RCRA Waste Program. However, that first day that I met and worked with Alicia provided evidence of the high quality service that we receive from Triumvirate Environmental. Alicia has been instrumental in improving our RCRA Waste Program. Of her many skills and attributes, I most admire Alicia's leadership qualities. Although emergencies or other unplanned events may distract Alicia, she has the skills to deal with the distraction but not lose site of the overall priorities. She has a professional demeanor and a high level of emotional intelligence. I have never seen her lose her composure when we throw unplanned tasks her way. Alicia listens and communicates extremely well. Alicia provides customer service of stellar quality. Alicia's work ethic is unequaled compared to the majority of consultants I deal with. Maintaining focus on priorities, emotional intelligence, communication skills, delivering high - quality customer service and a strong work ethic are key attributes of a successful leader. Although a consultant, Alicia has become a valued, trusted member of the facility's Safety Office and we rely on her like she is one of our employees. Here are some of the ideas that Alicia brought to my attention and in some cases, implemented here: Providing monthly electronic SAA inspections; Improving storage brackets for our wall - mounted pharmaceutical waste containers; Increasing the frequency of her visits; Improving the way that barium waste is collected; Conducting SPCC inspections; Conducting fire extinguisher inspections; For me, Alicia Aniello is the face of Triumvirate Environmental. I consider our facility fortunate to have built a relationship with Triumvirate in general, but with Alicia in particular.
