Triumvirate Environmental Executive Team

John McQuillan, President & CEO

John McQuillan serves as the Chairman, President and CEO of Triumvirate Environmental, advisor to: teaching hospitals, Fortune 500 high-tech companies, and universities. Additionally, Mr. McQuillan serves on the board of directors of Shawmut Design and Construction, the billion dollar construction leader. Mr. McQuillan also serves as advisor to the pre-IPO companies, StyleFeeder, and Not Your Average Joe's, as well as for the not-for-profit corporations Perkins School for the Blind, Just-a-Start House, and Year Up, recognized in 2009 by President Barack Obama for its proven track record in workforce development. Mr. McQuillan presently serves as trustee for Bowdoin College and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Boston College High School.

Additionally, McQuillan serves on the corporate council of the Environmental League of Massachusetts and is a director emeritus of the New England Environmental Business Council. Mr. McQuillan holds a double major A.B. in biochemistry, and government & legal studies from Bowdoin College and a master's degree in public administration from Harvard University.

 

Doug Youngen, Chief Operating Officer

Doug Youngen manages TriumviraDoug Youngente Environmental's day-to-day operations. He oversees departments including Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and Information Technology. He develops firm policies, employee benefits, facility relationships, and oversees all office management. Doug is a graduate of Bowdoin College in Maine with a degree in biochemistry and economics. He is a member of the Executive Team, spearheads our training and management programs, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Environmental Business Council of New England. 

 

Thomas Aicardi, Executive Vice President

Tom AicardiTom Aicardi oversees Triumvirate Environmental's business development opportunities. He is dedicated to mastering the federal and state hazardous waste regulations, practicing superior customer care, and motivating personnel at a firm recognized as the industry leader in personalized service for more than a decade. Tom forges many of our client relationships and develops long-term partnerships that fulfill our clients' needs. He ensures that Triumvirate Environmental maintains its position as the leading environmental services provider in the northeast. Tom is a Registered Environmental Manager and holds a business management degree from Curry College in Massachusetts. He is a member of the Executive Team, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Clean Charles Coalition.

 

Timothy Mooney, Vice President, Operations and Services

Tim MooneyTim Mooney oversees all of Triumvirate Environmental's service areas. These service areas are lab packs, field services, outsourcing, consulting, bulk/drum disposal services, and wastewater treatment. He develops programs to promote technical expertise and the quality of our services. He oversees departmental scheduling, client contact, and employee development. He serves as one of our top technical advisors and plays an integral part in our operations training program and our employee mentoring program. Mr. Mooney is a member of the Executive Team as well as a graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Amherst with a degree in environmental science and chemistry. Mr. Mooney holds an environmental management certificate from Bentley College. He is a Registered Environmental Manager certified by the National Registry of Environmental Professionals, a Healthcare Environmental Manager, and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.

 

Denise Hutchins, Executive Director of Life Sciences

Denise HutchinsDenise Hutchins leads Triumvirate Environmental's life sciences business unit. Under her executive leadership, Denise builds talent, ensures client satisfaction, follows industry trends, and directs the unit as necessary, facilitates industry events, and creates business development communications. In her previous roles, she directed all corporate marketing and communication activities including business development, account strategy, public relations, events planning, and design. She managed all employee communications as well as public relations and is a corporate trainer, emphasizing: strategy, soft skills courses, public speaking, and software applications. She served several years as an information technology manager. Ms. Hutchins has eight years of experience managing seven-figure information technology projects including integrated business systems, customer relationship management and proprietary tracking programs, and website development. She holds a master's degree from Emerson College in management communications and public relations and a bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State College in communications. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, Public Relations Society of America, Women Entrepreneurs in Science & Technology, and the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
