Michael J. Spinale, PHR of Triumvirate Environmental in Somerville has been appointed to the Metro North Regional Employment Board (REB).
The REB is a public-private partnership established to set local workforce policy, to oversee the Metro North One Stop Career Centers where job placement services are provided, and to match the needs of employers to the needs of area residents. The REB serves the 20 Metro North communities of Arlington, Belmont, Burlington, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Revere, Somerville, Stoneham, Wakefield, Watertown, Wilmington, Winchester, Winthrop, and Woburn.
Spinale currently serves as director of human resources and training at Triumvirate Environmental — a services firm that specializes in environmental compliance and hazardous waste management for biotechnology and pharmaceutical firms, universities, healthcare institutions, manufacturing, and utilities. Spinale brings to the REB a strong leadership background in human resources, training, and environmental technology.
