On April 8, 2011, Triumvirate Environmental, a leader in
hazardous waste disposal and consulting, made a strategic move that will not only benefit the company’s growth initiative, but will also greatly benefit all of their North East clients.
Triumvirate Environmental, headquartered in Somerville, MA, entered into an agreement to acquire Ameritech Environmental Services, a leader in the waste transportation and disposal service industry for more than 100 years. The acquisition is set to position Triumvirate as a leader in bulk haz/non-haz, soil and construction and demolition debris removal.
Additionally, Triumvirate can offer their clients container rentals, including 30 cubic yard roll-off containers, and tanks that hold a capacity of 21,000 gallons.
As an added benefit, Triumvirate Environmental will welcome 12 additional staff members and drivers to their already bustling family of 286.
