John Cannon To Speak at a 1.24.12 Roundtable

Triumvirate will be hosting a roundtable in Newton, MA, at the Boston Marriott Newton on January 24th of the new year. The event will feature John Cannon, Holy Cross's Associate Director of Physical Plant for Planning & Operations and the author of "Exceeding Expectations."
The event will start with lunch and networking from 11:30 a.m. - 12 noon. Following lunch will be an interactive discussion on how to exceed the many expectations of your stakeholders.

Mr. Cannon is a well-rounded professional who is continually focused on building trust in business relationships through listening, learning and helping to eliminate obstacles to success. This trust leads to greater achievements, accomplishments and a wonderful professional experience.
Prior to his time at Holy Cross, Mr. Cannon was the faciliies manager at the MIT Haystack Observatory.
Mr. Cannon received a B.S. in Industrial Science and an M.S. in Management from Fitchburg State College, as well as a Certificate in Facilities Management from Northeastern University. He is the treasurer at the Southern New England Chapter of APPA (Leadership in Educational Facilities).
