ADVISE: Analytics Developed For Visionaries In Safety & Environment
ADVISE will be primarily populated by Triumvirate's waste management system (WMS) database. Data securely flows from WMS to ADVISE and is updated on a nightly basis. Users may search for data within ADVISE, including but not limited to, manifests and manifest contents, profiles and profile contents, inspections, inventory items, sites and buildings. Users can view data both graphically and in a tabular layout within ADVISE.
Summary Page: When users login, the program displays a dashboard of information including warnings and alerts containing data related to:
o Manifest Status
o Inventory Status
o Summary Graphs
o Tasks & Messages, in order of priority
Message Center: Allows users to create new messages, edit existing messages, archive messages and print messages. In the future, Triumvirate can link the client's waste pickup request email address to the Message Center so that all new pickup requests are visible in ADVISE.
" Task Manager: Allows users to assign tasks to themselves or others, including groups. In the future, users can initiate a new profile request to prompt the creation of a profile by Triumvirate personnel. This request appears as a new message to the appropriate Triumvirate user; the Triumvirate user can then create the profile in WMS so that it would then be passed to ADVISE. Users can view tasks on a task calendar.
Contact Manager: Users able to add, edit, and view contacts.
Administration Manager: The administration module enables designated administrators to perform several key functions. Administrators can create users and user groups and set their permissions. Administrators can create new building categories and assign buildings to them. Other administrative functions include, but are not limited to, viewing handler information and creating inspection forms for the Inspection Manager.
Buildings Manager: Users can view building and site data, derived from Triumvirate's WMS. Triumvirate personnel will add, delete, and modify buildings and site records in WMS, based on a client's request. Changes can be viewed by ADVISE users.
Inspection Manager: Inspection data collected on a hand-held device by client or Triumvirate staff will populate this management center and can be viewed by client. Must be compatible with Windows Mobile 5.0 technology or similar hand-held technology.
Profile Manager : In the future, waste profile contents are derived from Triumvirate's WMS system. Users should be able to view both active and inactive profiles, based on their method of filtering. Filtering methods include: active versus inactive, EPA ID number, TSDF name, transporter name, profile name and site name. Users should also be able to search for a specific profile number on the screen. Profile results will appear on the bottom half of the screen and should be displayed in columns containing basic header information such as EPA ID number, site name, profile number, profile name and profile approval date. Users can click on a profile link to view critical profile content information including: profile number, profile description, source code, form code, handler information, waste origin details, etc. This view can be displayed as a PDF report or on a new screen with specific details identified by Triumvirate's project team.
Manifest Manager: The term manifest refers to the federal manifest documents, non-hazardous manifest document and bills of lading (both state and federally-required). In the future, all manifest contents come from WMS and can be viewed by ADVISE users. Users do not have the ability to add or delete manifests nor can users modify manifest contents. Users may, however, update the compliance status field of a manifest in ADVISE to indicate whether it has been returned, is in progress, etc. Users will be able to view manifest numbers in the Manifest Manager feature and should filter manifests various ways. User can click on the manifest to obtain an image of actual manifest (without actual signatures).
Inventory Manager: Users able to view inventory data, derived from Triumvirate's WMS.
Packing Slip Manager: Users able to view packing slips, derived from Triumvirate's WMS.
Report Manager: Reports are generated in print quality PDF or HTML. Charts are generated as print quality files which can be saved for inclusion in documents, presentations etc.
