TRI Consultation Request

Request a TRI Reporting Consultation

Are you ready for the July 1 TRI reporting deadline?

Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reports are required for facilities in the US that manufacture, process, or otherwise use TRI-listed chemicals at or above certain thresholds. Companies must submit these reports annually by July 1. The nuances surrounding the applicability of TRI reporting can make the process more complicated and time consuming than it needs to be. Triumvirate’s experienced consultants can help you navigate this process accurately and without hassle.

On April 29, 2021, the EPA announced that it will be “taking important steps under the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) to advance Environmental Justice, improve transparency, and increase access to environmental information." The EPA plans to expand the scope of TRI reporting requirements to include more chemicals and facilities, including those that do not currently report on ethylene oxide (EtO) emissions, as well as new tools to make TRI data more accessible to the general public. Also, the EPA plans to add natural gas processing facilities to the list of covered industry sectors, and to add TSCA high-priority substances and more PFAS to TRI.
