Rick Foote

About the Speaker

Rick Foote has over 30 years of experience in the field of Environmental, Health & Safety and is currently Director of Industrial Practice for Triumvirate. Rick has been with Triumvirate for over 15 years where he has established dozens of successful EH&S programs for companies that had few or no systems in place. He brings client programs into full regulatory compliance by establishing what programs exist, what level of compliance is achieved, and identifying the changes that need to be implemented. Each EH&S program that Rick develops is customized to the individual client’s needs.

Mike Maffuccio is the EHS Practice Director for Triumvirate’s New York region. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and holds a Master of Science degree in the field of Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences. Mike has over 10 years of industry experience and currently manages a skilled team of delivery consultants in the greater NYC tri-state area. Mike’s areas of expertise include industrial hygiene, EH&S in healthcare settings, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance, and emergency response training. In addition, Mike focuses on higher level strategy for successful EH&S implementation at client sites, such as organizational efficiencies, identification of responsible parties, internal communication procedures, and quantified performance measurement.

 

Aimee Giovine-Current_Square

Aimee Giovine is a Manager of EHS Consulting in the New York metropolitan area with Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. She holds a MPH degree in Environmental and Occupational Health Science from Hunter College and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). With over six years of experience in the industry, she has worked with companies in over 11 U.S. states creating OSHA-compliant workplaces and successfully navigating OSHA inspections. Aimee is an expert in OSHA compliance, and will share the information you need to know about the regulatory agency.

 

Tom Lloyd-1

Thomas Lloyd has been in the environmental field for over 12 years working primarily on large scale remediation projects, but not limited to EHS and due diligence.  Currently Thomas is a Business Development Manager for Triumvirate in the New York and New Jersey areas extending from Trenton, New Jersey out to Long Island and as far north as Albany and west to Buffalo.  Mr. Lloyd’s primarily functions are solve the complex issues that arise in the life science and industrial segments and act as the primary point of contact for his clients.
