Triumivirate Environmental's Lowell TSDF Statement of Qualifications
Founded as a planned manufacturing center for textiles along the Merrimack River northwest of Boston on land sectioned from neighboring Chelmsford, it was a thriving industrial center during the 19th century, attracting many immigrants and migrant workers to its mills. With the decline of its manufacturing in the 20th century, the city fell into deep hard times but has begun to rebound in recent decades. The former mill district along the river is partially restored and is a part of the Lowell National Historical Park.

Triumvirate Environmental, Westminster, Vermont
Maps & Directions
On the banks of the Connecticut River, we operate our northern New England command center in Vermont's oldest town. The village of Westminster, Vermont, is one of the most delightful and historic of the villages in the Connecticut River Valley. Located upon one of the high river terraces, it can be seen from long distances. Located in this broad and beautiful valley, and girded by a semi-circle of rounded hills that, with those on the New Hampshire side, forms a natural amphitheatre, is the stage on which was played the first act in the drama of the American Revolution: the first organized resistance to the oppression of King George's tyrannical courts. Here was shed the first blood of the Revolution, March 13, 1775. A few determined men met here and took possession of the courthouse to prevent the session of next day's court, and the officers of the court attacked them, killing one patriot and fatally wounding another. The attempt of the sturdy citizens was successful, for the session of court was not held, nor was it ever held again in this county under the rule of the king. Our facility sits on this historic ground, among the rolling hills of the southern Vermont just off of U.S. Route 91, twenty five miles north of Vermont's southern border.
