Kelsey M., an EHS Consultant at our Baltimore location, has been working with a federal agency since she started at Triumvirate. Kelsey has been building a robust and compliant EHS program for them by delivering an individual approach and implementing real world solutions for every regulation. Part of her responsibility includes evaluating her client's chemical barrier program by walking through their facility and reviewing all of their equipment.

Rob D. joins us from our Boston office to discuss how important it is for companies to stay compliant. As Rob says "You can't do business right if you don't do it in compliance and do it safely." Parker's role as an EHS Consultant aligns perfectly with his problem-solving personality. Working as an auxiliary EHS professional to existing teams, Parker is able to develop and implement EHS programs by collaborating with each of his clients. Parker discusses the "Top Five Programs" he helps his clients with: emergency action plan, chemical hygiene plan, bio safety plan, waste management plan, and contractor safety plan.

Joining us from our Baltimore office, Eric L. discusses his eight years of working for the National Guard. Eric spent his time in various safety roles for the National Guard, all over the world, including working as a Flight Engineer. After working with soldiers to prevent safety hazards in the workplace, along with his impressive resume, Eric has used this knowledge to help direct his Life Science and Educational Institution clients.

Six years ago Kyle C. joined the Triumvirate team as an Environmental Specialist, working with CT's largest Pharmaceutical company. Now, as an EHS Consultant, Kyle establishes the "building blocks" for his clients to better understand their needs, to involve the right people, and to ultimately establish a long-lasting EHS program for them.

Daeva joins us from Triumvirate's Baltimore office to speak about her passion for radiation safety. When companies have radioactive materials or equipment, Daeva is able to come in and assist clients by building them a safety plan. These safety plans include educating the client about radioactive material, monitoring employees for radiation exposure, and preventing employees from the harmful effects of radiation.

Scott's passion for EHS trainings has led him to become well-liked by Triumvirate's clients. What might seem to be ordinary topics, Scott instead presents safety and regulatory trainings to his clients in a clean and creative way. Full-time Consultant Christian S. is based out of Triumvirate's Boston office and has been with us for four years. Recently, Christian worked at a client site handling high hazardous waste. In accordance with DOT regulations, Christian assisted in transporting the hazardous waste to an end facility. Along with assessing client's facility safety, Christian also enjoys giving trainings to his clients.

Charlotte S. manages our Triumvirate office out in California and has been in the EHS field for over 10 years. After Charlotte helped with the recovery of the BP oil spill in Louisiana, she came to Triumvirate to provide EHS consulting support. In the interview Charlotte also discusses the differences in California's reports and regulations, one of them being Cal/OSHA.

Jake C. joins us from the Bay Area at our West coast operations site. Before Jake began as a Consultant in California, he worked at Triumvirate's headquarters in Boston as an Environmental Specialist. In both lab safety and hazardous waste trainings, Kay has found that a lot of her clients have been using outdated information from past compliances.
