Triumvirate immediately set to work implementing a series of plans and procedures to optimize LabCentral’s programs. Triumvirate helped secure the appropriate permits and documentation on LabCentral’s behalf, created safety-training programs, and began executing with LabCentral staff. As part of the VentureStart package Triumvirate incorporated the following sub-services:

• Environmental consulting
• Environmental specialist onsite support
• Lab decontaminations
• Lab decommissioning
• Wastewater operations maintenance and preventative maintenance and support
• Trainings
• ADVISE (EH&S software)

Triumvirate’s onsite presence helps ensure LabCentral’s operations run smoothly, with one environmental specialist, one consultant, and one wastewater technician, each providing onsite services at LabCentral one day a week. This allows for a high-touch service that complements the culture and atmosphere of the organization.
